ABOUT OUR KITCHEN

Bella's is a unique bakery because our kitchen is actually located on our home property. This separate building was built in 2004 and was the first of its kind as a backyard, regulated Public Health facility. The bakery is just under 1,000 sq ft and is filled with the fun commercial kitchen equipment you see on cooking shows. In this space, there is a lot of experimentation with ingredients, baked goods, and plant-based prepared foods. From gluten-free baked goods and vegan baked goods to cookies made with quinoa, black beans, and more... if you're in Coastal Delaware, Treat Yourself Right. Orders can be picked up by appointment or delivered locally.
