What are we bringing to the Lewes Farmer's Market this weekend -- June 19th?  Below is what you'll see in the Lewes Farmer's Market Newsletter...

Bella's Cookies is Delaware's 1st All Natural & Organic Cookie Company... and bakery. Baking with only natural and organic ingredients, local ingredients, no preservatives, no trans fats, no hydrogenated oils, no artificial colors or flavors, no high fructose corn syrup... Bella's is a market destination.

It's Father's Day weekend and there are lots of specials for "Dad" at the Bella's table -- from little things for Dad to nibble on, to big desserts that will make any Dad smile. Celebrate Father's Day by making a stop at the Bella's table across from the market demonstration kitchen.

Bella's works with market vendors, local purveyors and farmer's by incorporating local fruits, vegetables and other ingredients into weekly specials. Blueberries are now being picked throughout Delaware and this week, Bella's is baking fresh blueberries into a "Blueberries and Cream" bread pudding (which uses Kogler's Old World Breads) and Texas Style (big size) Blueberry muffins.

Cookies... big, monstrous cookies, double packs of cookies - are always on the table. Hawaiian Cookies are added to our lineup of cookies this week... treat Dad to some authentic Hawaiian White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies. Also available are: Sun Dollar (Lemon Sugar), Sandy Beach (Coconut Sugar), Mocha Java (Chocolate Coffee), Champion Chunk, Woo Woo (White Chocolate Cherry), Groovy Granola (Orange Cranberry Granola), Breakfast Cookies and many more favorites. Bella's is also a one stop shop of baked goods for those with food allergies. An expansive selection of Gluten-Free cookies, brownies, pies and mini cakes. Vegan varieties of cookies include Choco-Cherry, Lemon Sugar, and Vegan brownies. Our Agave sweetened line (no added sugar & suitable for diabetics) has grown tremendously over the last year and customers will now find over 2 dozen varieties of desserts and pastries. Oatmeal raisin, Chocolate Peanut Butter cookies, Agave Cheesecakes, all-occasion frosted cakes, brownies and more.

Hot from the oven breakfast quiches (arrive around 8:15 am); this week will feature bacon, egg and cheese quiche, and a Southwest Veggie quiche.

Lastly, Bella's Desserts can be found in almost a dozen restaurants throughout Delaware, and you can bring them home too... they're perfect for dinner parties, get-togethers, afternoon BBQ's, or any occasion where the perfect dessert is needed - like Father's Day!!! Call ahead to reserve your dessert for Father's Day weekend. On the table this week will be Hummingbird Cakes, mini cakes (including a Chocolate Sake Cake with Raspberry compote filling), mini and regular sized Agave Cheesecakes, and mini and regular sized authentic Key West, Key Lime pies.
