“Snowballs” are called many different names… Russian Tea Cakes are the most commonly called one… but from their taste, they should be called “Hallelujahs.” You’ll pop one in your mouth… finish… and then eat another. You’ll find these little cookies are great paired with a cup of evening coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, or toddies.
